Commercial / Office Refit
Our pinnacle was to be awarded the “Best Office Fit Out” for the Northern region of the British Council of Offices award where our client was Hewlett Civil Engineers, in Leeds. We were also short listed in the top 4 for the National award where I recently attended the award ceremony at the Grosvenor Hotel in London. On this project, we acted at Project Managers and Principle Contractor with the scheme being a 1400 square foot new build office fit out costing £1.5 million. Project values varied from small half million refurbishment to £80 million new build shopping centres.
